V86®: Impresses each time – Lövdal has a horse in good form

Ready Creation has impressed greatly in recent starts, and his late finish last time was of the highest quality.
Andreas Lövdal hopes his four-year-old can stay on the same path with a win in V86®.
"He was really good last time and has been very solid every time out now," the trainer says ahead of Wednesday’s start.

When Solvalla shares this week’s V86® card with Bjerke, one of the highlights at the national arena will be Travronden’s Gold Watch.
A prestigious and historic contest between the most successful apprentice drivers at the track over the year, and a driving competition that, over the years, has produced many big names as winners.
In 2021, Andreas Lövdal earned the right to put the gold watch on his wrist.
Today, he is part of Solvalla’s professional trainer ranks, has been based at the Mälsåker training center since last winter, and will soon be able to sum up his second year as a licensed trainer.
"The year has been good, it really has. We have passed SEK 4 million in earnings and all that, but you always want to get the most out of every horse. It’s always difficult to be completely satisfied, and that’s probably the case for many in this business; you see the losses more than the wins, the races you could have won. But overall, I think it’s been a good year for us," says Andreas.

Didn’t think he had that kind of speed
One horse in the stable who has truly shown his best side in recent months is the four-year-old 10 Ready Creation (V86-2).
After three straight wins in convincing fashion, the gelding was tested last time out in a Class 2 elimination in V85®. That performance was perhaps even more convincing, despite "only" finishing second.
Ready Creation, who had a tricky post twelve behind the gate, closed brilliantly and was not far from getting all the way there as well.
"He did very well. It was an incredibly strong finish from the horse, and I honestly didn’t think he had that kind of speed in him at the end. He was really good, and he has been very solid every time out now."
He feels very interesting looking ahead to next season, doesn’t he?
"I think so. He was a bit late getting started this season after having some issues early on, but he feels much fresher and stronger physically now, and we hope he continues like this," says the trainer, who also outlines the immediate plan following Wednesday’s start in a final of the Solvalla Series:
We hope to also qualify for the STL Finals at Solvalla on December 26. That’s what we’re hoping for at least, and if we get in there, that will be the next assignment, and then we’ll see what comes after that."
Your thoughts ahead of Wednesday’s V86 start, you drew another trailing post?
"Yes, it worked out fine last time, but of course it’s a handicap, especially since he is quite quick off the gate. Still, I believe Ready Creation is one of the horses that must be counted with a chance on Wednesday."
