Expert tips for Boden, Thursday 4/30/2026
Race 1 - Boden
13 Barolo Gene was in much tougher competition last summer and won a V75 race at Östersund. Second in the comeback last time and certainly improved now. Good chance.
1 Global Dream Trip won three of twelve races last year and comes from a couple of good efforts. Nice lane and should get a good trip with Antero Heinonen.
12 Like Magic Sisu is much better than the latest results show. Has a couple of runs under his belt now and hopes for quick pace. Ulf Ohlsson is a top driver.
15 Urban Africa has not won for a long time but is not bad at all and comes from two nice performances. Faces good conditions and has to be considered behind our favorite.

Race 2 - Boden
2 Opal Kiro is our pick in this very open cold-blood race. Is our favorite for the lead and took two straight wins from that position in January and February.
7 M.P.Flora faces very nice conditions money-wise. She was second in both the Swedish and Norwegian Derby for fillies last year and will be interesting to follow in this comeback.
12 Mellem Frost did not compete at all last year but won outright in the last race in Norway after a very long layoff. Should be even better now and has to be considered early.
1 Lia Lykke had energy saved in her last comeback and looked nice. Has the same lane now and could get a perfect trip behind our favorite.

Race 3 - Boden
2 Kenzo Benois won his only race in Sweden last year at this track and with today's driver. Then competed in France and was third in a bigger race. Was driven very defensively as a mega favorite last time. Best horse. Good lane.
4 True Exception was second from the lead in the last race and is our favorite for the lead here too. Two runs under his belt.
10 Gratisfaction won a V75 race at this track in the last race but has had a break since then. Has to be considered straight away despite this lane if well prepared.
6 Pain Train galloped as an outsider still fighting for victory two starts back but took revenge in the last race and won easily from the front. Quick starter.

Race 4 - Boden
6 Suit Up Artist has started really well with four wins and two second places in six starts. Second from the pocket in the comeback last time. Takes the lead here? Good chance.
10 King Cruzado has shown good form in Finland lately. Second from the outside of the leader two starts back and finished quickly to a second place in the last race. Looks nice and should be considered early with Ville Pohjola.
9 Hominid has done really well so far. Fifth in his comeback last time and probably needed that race. Early choice despite a tricky number.
4 Mister O.Z. finished last season really well with a big win and a good second place. Seasonal debut now but possible straight away from a good lane.
